Is the product genuine?

All products in our store are genuine. We do not handle counterfeit or non-genuine products. Please purchase with confidence.

Is it possible to adjust the size of the bracelet?

Yes, it is possible. We will respond free of charge. Please let us know your wrist size when ordering.

If you wish to adjust your watch, please prepare a special tool for size adjustment.

Can I actually see and touch the products listed on the online store?

You can try on the listed products in-store to compare and consider them. Items with the "Ginza Store" icon on the product page can be viewed at our Ginza Store. Items with the "Yokohama Store" icon can be viewed at our Beams Life Yokohama Store.

Can watches with leather straps be shipped?

Leather belts containing materials that violate the CITES Convention, such as crocodile or lizard, will be removed before shipping.

General cowhide and synthetic leather belts can be shipped without any problems.

Are the watch parts genuine?
Anything described in the product description as a "genuine buckle" or "genuine buckle" is a genuine brand part for the watch itself.
In addition, the buckles and D-buckles for the Cartier Must series, which we offer for additional purchase or replacement, as well as the links purchased for bracelet adjustment, are all genuine brand parts.
Can the accessories be adjusted in size?
Unlike watches, we do not offer size adjustments for accessories. However, for some bracelet models, if you bring them to a boutique after purchase, we may be able to adjust the size for you for a fee.
Is it in stock?
Generally, all items that do not have a SOLD mark are in stock.
All items in our store are one-of-a-kind, and we update our inventory status as quickly as possible in real time after a transaction is made.
However, due to in-store sales and balances with other sites, there may occasionally be a time lag in stock updates.
If there is an item you are interested in, we recommend that you inquire or place your order as soon as possible.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Only one-time payment is available. Payment cannot be made in installments or as a lump sum bonus payment. However, it is possible for the cardholder to apply for a change to payment in installments, revolving payment, etc. by themselves to the card company after payment is made. Note: Whether it is possible to change to installment payment or revolving payment after payment is completed depends on the card issuer. Additionally, interest rates and fees specified by the card issuer will be applied to the cardholder.

Is there a fee for using a credit card?

No, there are no additional fees for using a credit card. Available at listed price.

Can I combine payment methods?
The following payment methods are available in-store only.
  • Cash (as a down payment) + shopping loan
  • Cash + credit card
Please note that we cannot accept combinations of online payment methods, payments using multiple credit cards, or installment payments using credit cards in-store. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I pay in local currency for international orders?

All payments will be made in Japanese Yen. However, if you pay by credit card, the amount will be converted to the local currency at the exchange rate determined by the credit card company.

What identification documents should I bring?

Can I use this for mail order?
Unfortunately, we only accept applications in-store.
How long will it take?
The process from entering your information to the review takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few tens of minutes, but it's difficult to generalize, so we would appreciate it if you could come with plenty of time.

How many days does it take to ship?

We will ship within 1-3 business days after confirming your order.

However, shipping may take some time depending on tax exemption procedures and product availability.

We use DHL or FedEx.

Is there insurance in case something is damaged or lost during shipping?

Yes, all deliveries are insured.

How can I check the delivery status?

We will email you the tracking number when shipped. You can use this number to check the delivery status in real time on the official DHL or FedEx website.

What should I do if there is a problem during delivery?

If any trouble occurs during delivery, please contact our store immediately. All deliveries are insured and handled responsibly.

Can I change the shipping address?

You can change the address before shipping. Please note that address changes cannot be made after shipping. If you wish to change your address, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.

What about customs duties and import taxes?

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply based on the laws of the destination country. Please note that these costs will be borne by the customer. Please contact your country's customs office for details.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can only change the shipping address if your payment method is "bank transfer". We cannot accept changes after the product has been shipped, so please contact us as soon as possible.

The Ginza store is open from 12:00 to 18:00, and the BEAMS LIFE Yokohama store is open from 10:00 to 21:00.

Are there any regular holidays?

Closed on Wednesdays.

About tax exemption

What are the conditions for tax exemption?

Those who meet the following conditions are eligible for tax exemption:

  • Foreign customers staying in Japan for a short period of time (tourism/business)
  • Those who are Japanese but have lived overseas for more than two years, or those who plan to live abroad for more than two years

The following is required for tax exemption:

  • Present your passport (with entry stamp)
  • If paying by credit card, use the same name as your passport

If you use the automatic gate, you may not be eligible for tax exemption because the date of entry cannot be confirmed.

Does tax exemption apply to online shopping?

No, tax exemption is not available.

How do I calculate the tax-free price?

The tax-free price is the tax-inclusive price minus 10% consumption tax. For example, if the tax-included price of a product is 110,000 yen, the tax-free price will be 100,000 yen.

Will there be import duties on products purchased duty free?

Products brought back overseas may be subject to import duties and value-added taxes based on the laws of your country. Please contact your country's customs office for details.

What documents are required for tax exemption procedures at stores?

The following documents are required for tax exemption procedures at the store:

  • Passport (with entry stamp)
  • The purchaser must visit the store in person (procedures cannot be completed by an agent)

About after-sales service

What is the cost and duration of overhaul?

Overhaul prices vary depending on brand and model.

As a general guideline, it is around 30,000 yen to 50,000 yen.

Required time is usually about 1 to 3 months, but it may take longer depending on the availability of parts.

Can I request maintenance from overseas?

Yes, we also accept maintenance requests from overseas customers.

Please send your watch to our store and return it after repair.

Please note that shipping charges and customs duties will be paid separately by the customer.

Can you repair watches purchased at other stores?

No, we cannot repair or maintain watches purchased at other stores.

Is it okay to wear a vintage watch in the rain?
Because vintage watches have been around for a long time, their water resistance may not be as good as that of more recent watches.
Water and sweat can not only cause movement damage, but can also accelerate deterioration of the case and dial. Avoid exposing your watch to water whenever possible, not just on rainy days.
Are there any precautions to take when winding the crown of a manual-winding watch?
To prevent the mainspring from breaking, we recommend keeping your finger on the crown and winding it slowly up and down.
Also, stopping winding the watch about 80-90% of the way through before it reaches its limit will prevent malfunctions and ensure long-term use.

Is there anything I can do if my quartz watch becomes unstable or stops working?
It is possible that your watch has become magnetized.
If the internal motor is affected by magnetism from smartphones, televisions, computers, speakers, magnetic bag clasps, magnetic necklaces, etc., the time may not run stably or the hands may stop.
Please contact us if you notice symptoms such as the watch running stably, stopping, or running extremely fast or slow.
Is there a way to deal with a mechanical watch if its accuracy becomes inaccurate?
It is possible that your watch has become magnetized. If the balance spring is affected by magnetism from smartphones, televisions, computers, speakers, magnetic bag clasps, magnetic necklaces, etc., the time may become unstable or the hands may stop.
Please contact us if you notice symptoms such as your watch running erratically, stopping, or running extremely fast or slow.
What should I do if the plating on my must tank comes off?
While it's unlikely that the plating will peel off immediately, it's possible that the plating coating may gradually thin over time.
If this is the case, please contact us for a separate consultation.
Can I have my item serviced at an official boutique after purchase?
In most cases, it is possible to have your watch overhauled or your silver products polished at our boutiques.
However, we cannot guarantee this, so if you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
Can the windshield glass be replaced?
This may be possible for some models for a fee.

What is the daily difference?
Manually wound watches can be measured in-store.
We do not have measuring equipment available for quartz watches, but we do our best to overhaul them as soon as possible so that we can deliver watches in good condition.
What does "natural failure" mean in the 12-month warranty that comes with purchasing a watch?
In addition to the separately listed "magnetization," "broken mainspring," and "water damage," this refers to malfunctions that occur during normal use, not due to physical impact or other factors.
