Declaration of Elimination of Anti-Social Forces
Basic Policy against Anti-Social Forces
In order to completely sever any ties with antisocial forces that threaten social order and safety and to maintain sound corporate operations, we have established the following "Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces" and declare that we will comply with it.
Organizational response
We will respond to anti-social forces as an organization, from the management down. We will also ensure the safety of employees who deal with anti-social forces.
Collaboration with external specialist organizations
We will build close cooperative relationships with external specialist organizations such as the police, the Anti-Violence Movement Promotion Center, and lawyers.
Cut off all relationships, including transactions
We will not have any relationship whatsoever with antisocial forces, including business transactions, and will firmly reject any unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces.
Civil and criminal legal responses in emergencies
We will take legal countermeasures, both civil and criminal, against unjust demands made by anti-social forces.
Prohibition of secret dealings and funding
We will never engage in secret dealings with antisocial forces, nor will we ever provide funds to antisocial forces.
