Can you purchase it without the accessories (box, warranty card)?
Yes, we can purchase your item even if it does not come with any accessories. However, if all accessories are included, the appraisal value will increase. The warranty card is an especially important accessory, so if you have it, please bring it with you.
Can you buy a non-working watch?
Yes, we can purchase non-working items. Even if your watch needs repair, we will appraise it taking into account the value of the parts and the value after overhaul. Please feel free to contact us.
Are there appraisal and shipping fees?
There is no appraisal fee. We will also cover the shipping costs for mail-in purchases. If you are not satisfied with the appraisal price, the return shipping fee is also free, so please feel free to use our service.
Can you buy an old Cartier watch?
