Our expert staff will carefully appraise your item, explain the appraisal results, and present a purchase price. If you are satisfied with the amount, please bring your item to our Ginza store or send it by mail.

What do I need to prepare for eKYC?
For eKYC verification, based on the Antique Dealings Act, you must provide one of the following (copy):

・My Number Card
*Identity verification is mandatory for transactions over 10,000 yen, or for specific items such as CDs and games.
*If you cancel the purchase, your item will be returned to you.
Can I sell my watch even without accessories (box, warranty card)?
Yes, you can sell your watch even without accessories. However, the appraisal value will increase if accessories are included. A warranty card, in particular, is an important accessory, so please bring it if you have one.
Can I sell a watch that isn't working?
Yes, we can purchase non-functional items. Even watches that require repair will be appraised taking into account their value as parts or their value after overhaul. Please feel free to consult us first.
Are there any appraisal or shipping fees?
Appraisal is free. For mail-in purchases, we also cover shipping costs. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the appraised amount, return shipping is also free, so please feel free to use our service.
Can I sell an old Cartier watch?
Of course. As a vintage watch specialist, antique and vintage Cartier watches are our forte. We buy old models such as Must Tank and Vermeil at high prices.
