12-month warranty (watch only)
At ANTIQURIOUS, we overhaul all watches (disassembly, cleaning, and precision adjustment, including battery replacement for quartz watches) before selling them so that you can enjoy your precious watch for a long time.
* Excludes watches that have been overhauled within the past three years.
We will repair and adjust any natural failures within the warranty period free of charge.
Please note that repairs that require replacement of parts due to dropping or damage will be handled at an additional cost.
If you would like to have your watch repaired or adjusted, please present your warranty card and request a repair at the store where you purchased the watch.
Consumables such as leather straps, stains on glass and cases, and changes to appearance such as scratches are not covered by the warranty.
Size adjustment(Adjustments are free)
If you would like to adjust the size, please write ""size adjustment request"" when placing your order. We will adjust it to your desired size free of charge.

Delivery will be made with recipient verification support from Sagawa Express.

Returns(Returns accepted due to customer convenience)
- The item must be purchased via mail order
- You must contact us by the next day after receiving the item
- The item must have the tag still attached and must be unused
- The delivery address must be within Japan
- There must be no scratches or damage due to customer's fault
*If the product is returned due to customer reasons, shipping charges will be prepaid, but if the product is defective, shipping charges will be collected upon delivery.
Buy-back guarantee (watches only)
We offer a ""buy-back guarantee"" service that guarantees the purchase price of purchased items for a certain period of time.
If you sell a watch purchased at our store back to us, we will buy it back at 80% of the purchase price (excluding tax) within one year of purchase.
This applies whether you purchase at the ANTIQURIOUS Ginza store or our online site.
Even if it has been more than a year since you purchased your item, we will still buy it at the highest possible price, so please feel free to contact us.
