At ANTIQURIOUS, we ensure that you can enjoy your precious timepiece for a long time, so we overhaul and clean all watches before selling them, adjusting their accuracy and replacing the batteries for quartz watches.
*Excludes units that have been overhauled within the past two years.
Any natural failures within the warranty period will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
Please note that repairs requiring part replacement due to dropping or damage will be handled at an additional cost.
If you would like to have the product repaired or adjusted, please present your warranty card and contact the store where you purchased the product.
The warranty does not cover consumable items such as leather straps, stains on glass or cases, or changes in appearance such as scratches.
size adjustment
If you would like to adjust the size, please write "size adjustment request" when placing your order. We will adjust it to your desired size free of charge.

Shipping within Japan is free.
Delivery will be made by either Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
(Products over 200,000 yen will be delivered with recipient verification support by Sagawa Express. *Please note that you will need to show identification upon receipt.)

Return policy
- The product was purchased via mail order.
- Please contact us by the next day after receiving the product.
- The item has not been removed from the tag and is unused.
- The delivery address must be within Japan.
- There is no damage or injury caused by the customer.
Buy-back guarantee (only applies to watches)
We offer a "buy-back guarantee" service that guarantees the purchase price of purchased items for a certain period of time.
If you sell a watch purchased from our store back to us, we will buy it back for 80% of the purchase price (excluding tax) within one year of purchase.
This offer applies to purchases made at either the ANTIQURIOUS Ginza store or our online site.
